ARGO Development Studio was founded by its Managing Director, David Campion. David was an Associate Director of one of Ireland’s most successful firms of Architects – MOLA and delivered several award-winning projects in over 12 years with the firm. David has lectured and tutored at the School of Architecture, DIT, Ireland and was a member of a task group assembled by the Royal Institute of Architects Ireland to establish education standards for professional practice.

ARGO is an international, award-winning architectural practice specializing in a design and construction process called Building Information Modelling (BIM). This process allows ARGO to design, cost and construct more intelligent and resilient buildings in a 3D virtual environment achieving savings of up to 20% over conventional 2D delivery.

We offer a seventeen (17) hour workday as standard by availing of a seven (7) hour time zone overlap by splitting our teams between offices in Barbados, Dominica, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Jamaica and Europe, and several project offices throughout the Caribbean.

The Ministry of Public Works and Digital Economy has been given the mandate for the development of the digital economy in Dominica and the administration and implementation of the physical and digital infrastructure and management of Dominica’s abundant water resource. The Ministry also seeks to develop a more proactive approach to the management of its affairs to ensure the effective delivery of services, in keeping with the needs of all stakeholders the current trend of globalization, and the phenomenal pace of technological advancement. To ensure optimal delivery of services, the Ministry will place greater emphasis on recognizing and sensitizing its human resources. The Ministry will seek to constantly monitor the road network for timely, cost-effective maintenance and development and develop the required framework for the development of a sustainable digital economy.
